Alan Yuan

A seasoned renewable energy professional with over three decades of experience in the energy and polysilicon industry, Alan has participated in virtually all aspects of the renewable energy industry from manufacturing to project development to electric vehicles. Most recently, Alan served as Interim CEO of DeLorean Motor Company, helping to revive this iconic brand as an EV. Prior to DeLorean, Alan served as Chief Revenue Officer for Karma Automotive, another luxury electric vehicle maker. Earlier in his career, Alan held senior positions level positions at Buenavista Renewables, where he led the company's equity raising activities and supplier relations; at Astronergy (part of the Chint Group) where he was instrumental in the founding of the group's solar division and its international expansion; and at SolarFun (now Hanwha Q Cells), where he led sales, marketing, and fundraising initiatives worldwide.
